87F at 7000 feet by 9:30AM

That’s what a June high-pressure ridge does here in the desert, with little hope of a break until the tropical moisture kicks in a few weeks from now.

On the other hand, I have my own flying machine back and airworthy, after a 7 week absence. That’s a good feeling.
